1. Information We Collect
We collect data necessary to manage agent identity and CRM operations. This includes:
Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, Agent ID, and profile photo.
Financial Information: Bank account details including bank name, account number, IFSC code, and holder name of sales agents to process commission payments.
Client and Lead Records: CRM profiles containing names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and regulatory national identification numbers such as PAN Card and Aadhaar Card for booking verification.
Diagnostics: App usage diagnostics and crash logs.
2. Hardware Permissions and Device Access
Precise Location (GPS): The app requests ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION to verify the agent's physical presence at the property site during manual check-ins. Coordinates are sent to our servers only when performing a check-in.
Camera and Gallery: The app requests camera and storage permissions strictly to capture check-in verification photos, upload user profile photos, or attach customer booking documentation.
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed to allow secure login authentication, display performance statistics, coordinate lead updates, track commission structures, deliver push notifications, verify on-site visits, and maintain regulatory compliance under RERA rules.
4. Third-Party Disclosures
We share minimal required parameters with transactional partners, including phone numbers with OTP/SMS gateways such as Fast2SMS for login verification, notification tokens with push engines, and secure cloud storage partners. We do not sell user data to advertisers.
5. Data Security and Storage
All CRM synchronizations route through secure, TLS/HTTPS encrypted connections. Data is housed in secure servers located within India. Credentials and sensitive bank details are stored on the device using Keystore-backed AES-256 encryption.
